Additional oversight for property repairs, improvements, turnovers and make-ready projects.

Includes scheduling coordination, progress visits, photo updates, checklist reviews and reporting of observed concerns. Contractor supervision and construction management are subject to the agreed scope.

Need someone to check on your property while you're away, between tenants, or during a vacancy? Request a scheduled visit.

Includes visual checks for apparent leaks, unusual odors, visible damage, entry concerns and obvious maintenance issues, with reporting and photos where agreed.
